General Information

Arrival and Check-In

Please respect the “Leave no trace” principles so that we can use this site continually.

  • Tier 3 – $250, 75 available, after Tier 2 has sold out and ending 1 week before the event.

WildFire offers a small pool of reduced price Fellowship tickets, check out the Fellowship Ticket Application for more information and to apply. These are supplemented by donations from our community.

Food & Camping

WildFire provides food for all attendees in the form of sit down community meals throughout the weekend! From Friday dinner, to Monday breakfast, meals at WildFire are prepared by volunteers. We do our best to make sure that we are accommodating of dietary restrictions and allergens.

WildFire has a great camping culture; you can drive close to your camping spot to unload, and there are a variety of spots available. There is limited cabin space available, we prioritize those with accessibility and mobility based needs. You will need to apply for cabin space at each event. Contact info@wildfireretreat.org for more information.

Car camping and RV camping is permitted – however space is limited! The Car Camping Add-on can be added to your ticket, but this will be an application and has no guarantee that you will be approved. Be aware that we do NOT have RV hook-ups available.
